Annual & Financial Statments

All companies need to file annual financial statements to Companies House according to Companies Act 2006.

Financial statements include Director’s Report, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Financial Position and Notes to Financial Statements.

You don’t need to confuse and worry too much about what has been discussed earlier because we will prepare financial statements on your behalf and file to Companies House as well.
